Badachu's Splendour Fall Foliage - Beijing

Badachu is a complex of monasteries located on the outskirts of urban Beijing. It is a historical scenic site closest to the Capital City. The 300 over acres of land is embraced by Cuiwei, Pingpo and Lushi hills, with eight ancient temples nested in the valley, and 12 spots of stunning beauty at the site. Chinese people used to described that the the three hills is a luxurious house and the temples are the antique in the house while the 12 scenic sports are its garden. The land covers 98% of vegetation with more than 400,000 trees and plants in 100 over species. The Egg shaped Leaves of Smoke Trees (黄栌) is among some of the rare trees. They are especially attractive during fall season when all leaves turn red.

Both sides of the pathway are dyed in red by vast area of Smoke Trees (黄栌)

Riding on the cable car to the summit and enjoy a panoramic view of  a tinted Badachu.

The cable cars sliding over a forest of Smoke Trees (黄栌).

Many people ride up to the peaks with Cable car service and slide down to the station with bob-sleigh which boasts the largest scheme of same kind in the world.

Unknown wild fruits are also in red.

The bright maple leaves.

A tinted world.

I named this as a maple pathway as the sloping area by the side are all maple trees with burning red leaves.
